Fight against sagging skin with a micro focused ultrasound

HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is indicated for mild to moderate skin sagging of the face, neck, eyelids and sub-mental area.
These indications can be extended to the décolleté and any area of moderate skin sagging on the body such as the inner side of the arms or thighs, the abdominal skin under the navel without fat excess or the knees.
It gives you a tighter, firmer skin and immediate lifting effect.

    How does HIFU work?

HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is the first nonsurgical technique approved by the North American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for “Eyebrow, Face and Neck Lifting”.

The HIFU delivers focused ultrasounds, convergents on a target area and at a programmed depth to the subcutaneous muscle layers.
The high power associated with the focus causes an intense thermal effect (about 64 ° C), which creates a point of coagulation as would do an electrosurgical knife, but without damaging the skin.

The multiplication of these deep points of coagulation in the treated area lead to two physiological phenomena:
    – A cutaneous retraction with an immediate tightening effect: «lift effect».
    – Second, an intense production of collagen (between the 2nd and 6th month) resulting in a gain in firmness and lasting elasticity.

This immediate result is visible but moderate, it will increase over time, between the 2nd and the 6th month following the treatment. On the 6th month, this tension and firmness are clearly observed, the oval of the face is redrawn, the upper eyelid and the eyebrow are lifted, and the neck is smoother and firmer.

This result is lasting up to 3 years, then the effect will gradually fade.
In case of a looser skin (the indication being mild to moderate sagging), a second session can be scheduled 4 months after the first session.
